Supervisor

Fire sprinkler supervisor with a minimum 10 years experience in the installation, service, inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems. Knowledge of wet, dry pipe, standpipe and fire pumps (electric and diesel) required. Valid driver’s license required. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing several teams in addition to advanced field work. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical trades preferred. Strong emphasis on client facing interaction, documentation and quoting work. Technicians are responsible for company vehicles, tools and inventory. 24-hour on-call required one week per month.

Lead Service Technician

Fire sprinkler technicians with a minimum 5 years experience in the installation, service, inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems. Knowledge of wet, dry pipe, standpipe and fire pumps (electric and diesel) required. Valid driver’s license required. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving system issues, installation of new systems, annual inspection and 5-year testing witnessed by local AHJs. Strong emphasis on client facing interaction, documentation and quoting work. Technicians are responsible for company vehicles, tools and inventory. 24-hour on-call required one week per month.

Junior Service Technician

Skilled technicians with experience in a trade applicable to fire sprinkler systems (domestic plumbing, underground, HVAC, etc). Strong communication and writing skills required. Knowledge of pipe fitting, sprinkler systems, electrical systems recommended. Valid driver’s license required. Responsibilities include assisting lead fire sprinkler technicians in setup and breakdown of work stations, mechanical diagnosis, maintaining a clean and orderly vehicle, tools and materials. 24-hour on-call required one week per month.

Inspector

Persons versed in the workings of fire sprinkler, standpipe and fire pump systems. Field experience in maintaining systems recommended. Local, NYC and NICET Level II certifications recommended. Valid driver’s license required. Responsibilities include performing monthly, quarterly and annual inspections on fire sprinkler systems and light service work. Scheduling with on site contacts required. Strong emphasis on managing schedule, completing necessary paperwork, and client facing interaction.

Office Administrator

Full time office administrator with a minimum 5 years experience. Experience in life safety industry recommended. Must be skilled in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent phone and people skills required.
